**Title: Solution Architect - Zoho One**

**Reports To: Director of Business Systems and Technology**

**Position Purpose and Objectives (Software Architect / ZOHO One Solution Architect)**

**The objectives for this position are: (Software Architect / ZOHO One Solution Architect)**
- Assessing current custom solutions and building new custom solutions to meet business needs.
- Stabilizing an existing Zoho One platform.

**Essential Job Functions: (Software Architect / ZOHO One Solution Architect)**
- Design and implement custom Zoho solutions to solve complex business challenges, working with diverse stakeholders across the organization.
- Lead Zoho architecture projects from concept to delivery.
- Must have strong testing skills and have the ability to lead the business through change.
- Collaborate with the business to translate needs into actionable Zoho solutions.
- Collaborate with IT teams to build cross functional solutions that are consistent, reliable and scalable.
- Drive efficiency by developing reusable Zoho architecture assets.
- Must have good knowledge of Zoho security to create and manage roles.
- Create clear functional and technical documentation for diverse audiences.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: (Software Architect / ZOHO One Solution Architect)**
- Proven experience implementing and configuring ZOHO CRM for businesses, with a minimum of 3 successful projects.
- Strong understanding of CRM best practices and how to align them with business objectives.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Proficient in data migration, data mapping, and data cleansing techniques.
- Experience with integrating ZOHO CRM with other business tools and systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and provide clear guidance and training.
- Knowledge of managing security of the Zoho One platform.
- Very good knowledge of Deluge script with the ability to write as well as assess programs.
- Working knowledge of ITSM processes to manage production support as well as projects.

**Supervisory Responsibility**
- Manage work provided to external vendors

**Working Conditions**
- Office conditions
- May require working over weekends for specific project go lives or critical production support

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Superior collaboration and problem solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $120,000.00 per year
