Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out of the hotel
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel facilities and services
- Training
- Process payments
- Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized
**Skills**:
- Strong phone etiquette skills
- Experience in customer service
- Able to multi-Task
- Proficiency in front desk operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with night audit procedures
- Excellent guest services skills
Joining our team as a Front Desk Agent offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic hospitality environment, interact with diverse guests, and contribute to creating memorable experiences for our visitors.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
