As a **Receptionist** at CMA's Honda of Winchester, you will:
- Collaborate for Success: Greet walk-in customers and determine the nature of their visit, answer incoming phone calls, and direct callers to appropriate department or personnel
- Connect: Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive first impression for our valued customers.
- Stay Informed: Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the automotive industry.
- Utilize Technology: Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing documents

**Qualifications**:

- Experience: previous customer service or administrative experience in a high-volume environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

- Language Skills: Bilingual abilities are a plus.
