Store Manager

**Duties**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and staff management.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase store profitability and meet sales targets.
- Ensure the store is properly stocked with inventory and manage inventory levels.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and employee performance evaluations.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Utilize strong math skills to manage cash handling and reconcile daily sales transactions.
- Demonstrate professional phone etiquette when communicating with customers or suppliers.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure smooth store operations.
- Knowledge of market trends and ability to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Proficient in basic math calculations for cash handling and inventory management.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales goals.
- Familiarity with administrative tasks such as scheduling and payroll.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
