**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Service**:
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a courteous manner.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable with all necessary materials (e.g., pens, forms, brochures).
- Perform basic clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, filing, and scanning.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Maintain and update client records and databases.
- **Operational Duties**:
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Assist in event planning and execution as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- **Security**:
- Monitor and control access to the office, ensuring security protocols are followed.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges when required.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
