**_ What you'll be doing:_**
- I**nspect and perform pest control treatments** for customers to identify pest infestations and determine the appropriate treatment plan
- ** Set up** traps to capture or eliminate pests
- ** Document **all treatments and maintain accurate records of services provided
- Demonstrate **excellent communication** skills as you **interact with customers**, office staff, and service managers
- Follow a **daily schedule**, insuring **timely arrival** at each account
- Possess a high level of **professionalism and integrity**:

- Performs daily truck inspections
- Represents Killingsworth with honesty and integrity
- Additional job duties, as needed

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including excellent interpersonal skills
- Solid problem-solving skills and proven time management
- Able and willing to work in various weather conditions
- Technical proficiency with computers, smart phones, etc.
- You must hold and maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or GED required
- 1 -3 years of experience in the pest control industry preferred
- NC registered technician training is a plus but not required to be considered

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to safely operate equipment
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds at times throughout the workday
- Ability to tolerate a variety of environmental conditions, including but not limited to seasonal weather (extreme heat or cold)
- Subject to exposure to animals and insects being outdoors for much of the day
- Must be able to perform inspections in attics and crawl spaces
