The House Cleaner Crew Member is responsible for delivering professional cleaning services to our customers. They are the face and the heart of our company. It is a person that likes to follow procedures when it comes to cleaning, with a very meticulous attention to detail and approachable presence. Not only to customers but to other employees as well, especially for new crew members that will need mentoring for an experienced person.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Performing Cleaning Tasks**: Execute various cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing surfaces in all areas of the house.
- **Handling Cleaning Equipment and Supplies**: Properly use and maintain cleaning tools and equipment such as vacuum cleaners, mops, brushes, and cleaning solutions, ensuring they are in good working condition and safely stored.
- **Following Health and Safety Guidelines**: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment to prevent accidents or injuries. Also, ensure that all cleaning activities promote a healthy and hygienic environment for occupants.
- **Attention to Detail**: Pay close attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning and maintenance of all areas, including hard-to-reach spots and commonly overlooked areas.
- **Time Management**: Efficiently manage time to complete cleaning tasks within designated time frames while maintaining high-quality standards.
- **Communication**: Communicate effectively with supervisor to understand specific cleaning requirements, provide updates on completed tasks, and address any concerns or special requests.
- **Professionalism**: Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance while interacting with clients and other team members, ensuring a positive and respectful working environment.
- **Flexibility**: Be adaptable and willing to take on additional tasks or adjust cleaning routines based on changing priorities or client preferences.

**Required Skills and Abilities**
- 2 years minimum of proven experience
- Has a car in good conditions to attend the cleaning services assigned to them
- Valid driver's license
- Flexibility to work on call, including weekends
- Strong work ethics

- **Realización de tareas de limpieza**:ejecute diversas tareas de limpieza, como barrer, trapear, aspirar, quitar el polvo y pulir superficies en todas las áreas de la casa.
- **Manejo de equipos y suministros de limpieza**: use y mantenga adecuadamente las herramientas y equipos de limpieza, como aspiradoras, trapeadores, cepillos y soluciones de limpieza, asegurándose de que estén en buenas condiciones de funcionamiento y almacenados de manera segura.
- **Seguir las pautas de salud y seguridad**:respete los protocolos y pautas de seguridad al manipular productos químicos y equipos de limpieza para evitar accidentes o lesiones. Además, asegúrese de que todas las actividades de limpieza promuevan un ambiente saludable e higiénico para los ocupantes.
- **Atención al detalle**:preste mucha atención a los detalles para garantizar una limpieza y mantenimiento exhaustivos de todas las áreas, incluidos los puntos de difícil acceso y las áreas que comúnmente se pasan por alto.

**REQUERIMIENTOS MÍNIMOS**
- **2 años mínimo **de experiência comprobada.
- Dispone de un **vehículo** en buenas condiciones para atender los servicios de limpieza que se le asignen.
- Licencia de conducir válida
- Flexibilidad para trabajar de guardia, incluidos fines de semana.
- Fuerte ética de trabajo

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
