**What you will get to do as an eCommerce Marketplace Coordinator**:

- Manage day-to-day operations on various e-commerce platforms, with a primary focus on Amazon Seller Central.
- Maintain and update product listings on Amazon Seller Central to maximize visibility and conversion.
- Manage keywords and optimize product content to improve search performance and drive sales.
- Field marketplace customer service inquiries, addressing concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Nurture vendor relationships, including communication and issue resolution.
- Collaborate closely with other departments, including warehouse, customer service, and merchandising, to ensure alignment and support for marketplace initiatives.
- Provide regular reporting on sales and performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Implement strategies to enhance sales and profitability, leveraging data and analytics.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to optimize inventory levels and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, guidelines, and best practices.
- Plan and execute advertising campaigns to drive traffic and sales on the platform.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Problem-solving abilities and results orientation.
- Passion for e-commerce and customer satisfaction.
- Attention to detail and time management.
- Adaptability and urgency in completing tasks.
- Organizational and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Process improvement capabilities.
- Prioritization and multitasking skills to meet objectives and deadlines.
- Previous experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or related field preferred.
