General Foreman

Coordinate the overall project schedule with the respective team members/ people including but not limited to vendors, crews, internal team, supervisor, etc.; coordinate for inspections, and developing progress reports of the project.
- Ensure proper implementation of the plan and its management in the field.
- Identify long-lead items and obtain necessary approvals to purchase them.
- Track all materials scheduled to be delivered to job site; communicate as needed.
- Perform and oversee specified scope of work.
- Maintain effective communication with suppliers, subcontractors and internal team.
- Assist with verifying licenses, insurance certificates and reports necessary for commencement of the projects.
- Review code and safety issues, identify and inform if any code is being violated or safety concerns.
- Ensure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followed. Communicate to the relevant supervisor if observed any negligence.
- Monitor budgets and control cost; communicate to the supervisor if there are any deviations.
- Maintain proper record of the project progress and communicate to the supervisor if there are any changes.

Pay: From $54,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
