**Responsibilities**:

- **Bookkeeping**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records

Record and categorize financial transactions, including income and expenses.
- **Prevailing Wage Paperwork**:

- Handle paperwork related to prevailing wage regulations.

Ensure compliance with prevailing wage requirements in all financial transactions. Keep abreast of changes in prevailing wage laws and update procedures accordingly.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a bookkeeper, with expertise in Sage Accounting software.

Familiarity with prevailing wage paperwork and regulations. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and other relevant software. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

**Schedule**: Part-time - hours to be determined by mutual consent

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 10 per week
