**Requirements**:
We're looking for professional cleaners who:

- **Are Legally Authorized to Work in the United States**: You must have the legal right to work in the United States.
- **Can Pass a Background Check**: We require a clean criminal background check for all our team members.
- **Have Reliable Transportation**: You should have your own transportation for commuting to job sites.
- **Own Cleaning Supplies**: This includes essential tools like a vacuum, mop, step stool, and the cleaning products you prefer to use.
- **Have 1+ Years of Professional Cleaning Experience**: We value your expertise in delivering top-notch cleaning services.
- **Are Consistent and Reliable**: Taking pride in your work and consistently delivering high-quality results is essential to us.
- **Have Basic English Language Skills**: Effective communication is key to providing the best service to our clients.
- **Can Provide at Least Two Professional References**: These references should speak to your reliability, flexibility, communication skills, and cleaning abilities.
