JP Heating and Air conditioning is looking for a reliable, friendly, highly motivated, pro-active, self starting employee committed to solving our customers needs. The customer service/dispatcher will enjoy talking on the phone and interacting with people. Responsibilities include but are not limited to answering phones, dispatching technicians, setting schedules, billing, ordering parts, maintain/increase maintenance agreements and prepare for future upcoming service/install work.

Appreciated skills include experience with Kalamazoo and surrounding areas, excellent phone etiquette, computer skills, and multi tasking ability. Additional duties include maintain customer database and provide office support.

Perferred experience:

- Previous HVAC office experience a plus
- Experience using Fieldedge is a plus
- Experience using additional dispatching system

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
