Job Description Summary: We're searching for a bright and driven professional to become a core member of our Corporate Development team. In this pivotal role, you'll play a key role in crafting inorganic growth strategies for PayPal. You'll have the unique opportunity to learn the entire M&A lifecycle - from deal origination all the way through execution - while working alongside our talented and experienced professionals. This high-impact position offers exposure to a global scale and collaboration with executives across all functions.

**Opportunity**:

- Unique opportunity to be involved in transformational deals that directly influence the company's strategic direction
- Dive deep into research and analysis of potential target companies and industry trends, informing strategic decisions
- Be a key contributor to due diligence processes, gathering information, conducting market research, and crafting compelling presentations
- Develop your financial modeling skills by contributing to building and analyzing financial models for transactions
- Manage deal timelines, track action items, and prepare crucial deal documents, ensuring smooth execution
- Foster seamless communication and collaboration between internal and external stakeholders
- Stay on top of industry trends and market developments in the Global FinTech space

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of work experience; experience at a top investment bank preferred
- Relevant academic background from a top tier educational institution
- Thinks analytically and tackles problems head-on with a ‘can-do’ mindset; Naturally curious individuals that can think from a first principles-based approach
- Solid understanding of financial modelling and valuation concepts
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy

Actual Compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to work location, and relevant skills and experience.

The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is $43400 to $111980
