We are looking for a seasoned **Maintenance Technician **with various generalist "handyman" skills to join our growing team. We offer a competitive wage, friendly work environment, including 40+ hours a week with paid overtime, paid sick/personal time off, 401K, and a company vehicle.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **What You Can Expect Day-to-Day**_

Working independently, our technicians are out in the field completing 4-8 work orders daily, depending on the location/scope of each service call. Enjoy the numerous benefits of a dynamic work environment where no one day is the same doing the following core activities:

- Traveling to multiple locations throughout the day to complete assigned work orders
- Troubleshooting/assessing maintenance-related issues
- Complete repairs such as patching and painting; ceiling tile replacement, shelving repairs; drawer and cabinetry repairs; door repairs (closers, locksets, hinges, exit devices)
- Conduct basic plumbing repairs such as toilet repair/replacement, faucet repair/replacement, wax ring replacement, and snaking clogged toilets/sinks.
- Conduct basic electrical repairs such as replacing outlets, switches, light bulbs, ballast
- Diagnose and execute repairs onsite
- Complete work order paperwork
- Document all work completed on each work order
- Communicate with office staff to provide updates on each work order
- Send documents electronically to office staff

**REQUIREMENTS**

This is an ideal role for a commercial maintenance professional who is a team-oriented self-starter committed to excellence and perfecting their craft.

Minimum Required:
This field position requires you to be onsite with a work schedule Monday through Friday on a six-week on-call rotation.
- Must have a valid driver's license w/ a clean driving record
- Fundamental knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, etc., and working knowledge of tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot
- Punctual, responsible, and dependable
- Courteous and professional
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Ability to follow safety practices, policies, and procedures
- Detail-focused with excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with little or no supervision as well as a part of a team
- Physically able to do the assigned jobs - good manual dexterity in walking, lifting, bending, as well as using ladders
