**Role Summary**

Lead the team that provides custodial services to the Lower/Middle School buildings. This is a _working/manager_ role.

**Responsibilities**
- Assign responsibilities to custodians each day; supervise staff to ensure responsibilities are completed
- Ensure daily cleaning of the Lower/Middle School campus buildings, including the gymnasium
- Check on and clean after evening facility rentals/events
- Event set-up including moving equipment, furniture and other items
- Ensure buildings are secured at the end of each shift
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Experience leading a custodial team
- Demonstrated verbal communication skills
- High school diploma
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to work nights and occasional weekends

**Job Type**:Full-time, 12-month, Exempt

**Schedule**: Monday-Friday 2:00pm - 10:00pm

**Reporting**: Reports to the Director, Site & Support Services

**Compensation**:$58,500 / year plus a robust benefits package

**Working Environment & Physical Requirements**
- Most of the work is done standing, bending reaching
- Routinely move about inside and outside the buildings
- Frequent interaction with others through speaking, listening, and typing
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment
