Envelope Machine Adjuster Training Program

Continental Envelope in Geneva, Illinois is seeking a select group of people to join our Envelope Machine Adjuster Training Program. Continental Envelope is a family owned business that is one of the largest commercial envelope manufacturers in the Midwest. We focus on delivering dependable results by listening to our customers and working with them to make sure the job is done right the first time.

Manufacturing Apprentice will receive extensive and comprehensive training to develop all the skills needed to become a qualified Machine Adjuster in a manufacturing environment.

Upon completion of the training program you would be able to:

- Set up and trouble shoot high speed folding equipment
- Repair, adjustment, and preventative and daily maintenance to establish and maintain proper machine speeds and quality
- Analyze mechanical operational problems on equipment.

Manufacturing trainees should possess some mechanical aptitude, understand basic functions of machines, have problem solving skills, have a positive attitude, be motivated and be serious about learning a new trade.

We will also consider applicants who have prior mechanical experience from other types of production or manufacturing environments (i.e. automotive, printing, construction).

Pay rate is based on level of experience and expertise.

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Manufacturing: 1 year (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Night Shift (required)
- Overnight Shift (required)
