**Location**:7715 S. Homestead Drive, Hamilton, IN 46742.
**Employment Type**:Full-Time/Hourly. Pay**:$18.00/Hour**
**Schedule**:Four days per week/10 hours per day (Schedules are Monday-Thursday, "M" team OR Tuesday-Friday, "T" team). Hours are 6 am - 4 pm with overtime as needed, up to 8 hours on Fridays for "M" team and Saturdays for "T" team.
**Position Summary**:Responsible for accurately pulling orders from warehouse storage area; selecting proper quantity and placing on pallet. This process involves pulling/pushing a pallet jack throughout the Warehouse both manual and electric. As items are picked, they will be placed in or on an appropriate shipping container. Using a scanner, the picker will generate a packing list and “close out” the order. Once the order has been properly picked and completed, the picker will use an air stapler, hand wrapper or machine wrapper to physically close the shipping container.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
- Must be detail orientated, have organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while exhibiting professional behavior.
- Ability to keep work area in a neat and orderly manner.
- Knowledge of general shipping, packing and warehouse functions.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all company personnel, vendors, and truck drivers.
- Must be a team player and willing to assume a variety of tasks to keep department functioning smoothly.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Previous shipping, stocking or picking experience preferred.
- Perform other duties as assigned, which include but are not limited to stocking and receiving.
