As a Hotel Receptionist at Redbird Hotel, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests warmly as they arrive at the hotel, providing a positive first impression
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Process reservations and room assignments using the hotel's reservation system
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to guests
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk and lobby area
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a hotel receptionist or in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling reservations and transactions
- Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
