**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assemble decking components according to specifications and blueprints.
- Ensure accuracy and precision in measurements and cuts.
- Operate power tools, saws, and other equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in carpentry or woodworking, preferably in a construction or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in using power tools, saws, and other carpentry equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a repetitive environment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and processes.
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
