Performs a wide variety of law-related tasks under the direction of attorneys or Supervising Paralegal.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Initially supporting nationwide governmental affairs initiatives for Fortune 15 company, with potential opportunity to expand practice area and skill set within the organization.
- Analyze legal information and proposed or enacted legislation, perform legal and general research, investigate facts, review and draft pleadings, filings, notices, and motions, and prepare legal documents and reports.
- Support legislative advocacy, political reporting and compliance reports. Create efficient systems and train employees on their use.
- Investigate and research complex legal matters.
- Assist legal organization in acquiring the information and data needed to prepare for hearings, closings, trials, and corporate meetings.
- Prepare presentations.
- May attend possible court or agency hearings and represent company in administrative role.

**Education**:

- Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred. Paralegal Certification preferred.

**Experience**:

- 3 or more years of related experience or 0 to 2 years of related experience with Bachelors degree.
- We are a hybrid office at this time, with a minimum of 3 days in the office every week.

**Supervisory**:

- No

Our Specialist Paralegal, earn between $93,400 - $140,200. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
