Represent **a growing company by building relationships with new and existing customers to generate sales, provide updates, process orders, and complete the sales process
- **Identify **and prospect potential customers, including homeowners, contractors, and builders, through website inquiries, cold calling, networking, and referrals
- ** Understand** customer's needs and recommend appropriate decking solutions
- ** Prepare **and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and drawings promptly
- ** Keep **accurate files of sales records and activities
- **Close **sales and achieve monthly sales targets
- **Follow up** with customers to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and secure repeat business and referrals
- ** Enjoy **a steady, Monday-Friday work week with no weekends

**Our Ideal Deck Sales Representative**:

- ** Experienced**:at least 2 years of sales experience with a hunter mentality and a drive to cultivate new business. Experience in building products, home improvement, or construction industries is helpful
- **People-oriented**: Sincere, friendly, can easily relate to customers.
- ** Attention to Detail**: Strong ability to listen carefully and record orders accurately.

**What We Offer Our Deck Sales Representative**:

- Total Compensation: $80,000-$100,000+ per year
- Monthly Reimbursement for cell phone and laptop
