- **Driver/Material Handler Responsibilities**:_
- Delivery of material to job sites via Western Water Works’ truck (Non-CDL).
- Maintain proper housekeeping including truck interior/exterior.
- Safe operations of trucks, forklifts, banding equipment, tools and work materials in our warehouse.
- Communicate to the appropriate people to effectively resolve issues.
- Ship, handle, and receive heavy materials in our warehouse. Standing for long periods.
- Direct contribution to warehouse processes, activities, and success.
- Provide superior client service/support.
- Maintain accuracy and safety standards.
- **Work Hours/Shift: (Second Shift)**_

Monday - Friday (3 PM ~ 12:30/1 AM); **NO WEEKENDS**
- **Requirements & Traits**_
- Valid Driver’s License and Insurable.
- Driver's License for at least 1 year Required.
- Pre-employment Drug Screen Required.
- Receptive to Coaching & Supervision.
- Proficiency to Manage Time & Resources.
- Ability to Analyze Situations and Problem Solve.
- **Compensation**_
- $19/hr to start during the 13-week Driver/Material Handler Introductory Period.
- $21/hr once hired full-time permanent by WWW (Must have completed the Driver/Material Handler checklist).
- $1/hr increase upon completion of Assistant Supervisor checklist.
- $1/hr increase upon completion of Branch Supervisor checklist.
- $1/hr increase once assigned as Assistant Supervisor.
- $72k/yr as a Branch Supervisor (much greater earning potential as a Project Manager and Director of Sales).

Our STEPs Path provides career growth opportunities to Supervisory and client-facing roles
