Wedding Assistant

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Wedding Assistant. The Assistant will provide support to Wedding Coordinator assisting with a wide range of wedding tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a veteran Wedding Planner in an established wedding business in the Wedding industry.

**Duties**:

- Wedding set-up and tear down at beach sites. Various duties delegated by the Wedding Coordinator for each wedding.

**Skills**:

- Good organizational skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of aspects and elements of executing weddings
- Proficient in events and coordination
- Wedding Coordination and Assistant experience is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced venue which is always the beach
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Customer service-amiable personality

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 8 per week
