**New Construction Kitchen Designer**
**DCM Homes is **currently seeking a talented and experienced New Construction Kitchen Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating innovative kitchen designs for new construction residential and commercial projects, collaborating closely with clients, architects, and contractors to bring their visions to life.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to understand project requirements, objectives, and constraints.
- Develop creative and functional kitchen layouts and designs that optimize space utilization, workflow efficiency, and aesthetic appeal.
- Utilize your expertise in materials, finishes, fixtures, and appliances to recommend selections that align with project goals and budgetary considerations.
- Prepare detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and material specifications to communicate design concepts effectively to clients and project stakeholders.
- Work closely with the construction team to ensure that the design vision is accurately implemented during the building process, conducting site visits and providing guidance as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and technological advancements related to kitchen design, incorporating new ideas and best practices into your work.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients throughout the design and construction phases, addressing questions, concerns, and change requests promptly and professionally.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to ensure timely completion and client satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Kitchen Designer, preferably with a focus on new construction projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen design principles, including space planning, cabinetry layout, lighting design, and material selection.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with project teams.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality design solutions that exceed client expectations.
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to residential and commercial construction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Temp-to-hire

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
