**GENERAL SUMMARY**:
Responsible for entering receiving information into Famous for raw product sales. Creates required documentation for trucking and sales order needs and communicates said documentation internally and externally. Audits and reconciles variances or discrepancies in information from the field to the point of shipping. Serves as main point of contact for data entry team for the location they are at. Participates in execution of departmental projects and initiatives. Actively playing a problem-solving role whenever they should arise.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:

- Receive pallet tag information from dock team and input information into Famous.
- Create and print Sales Order information and send to Data Entry Lead for auditing.
- Create and print BOL documentation and send to customer and provide to driver(s).
- Dispatching drivers as loads and documentation are complete
- Report discrepancies on pallet tag information
- Report issues with creating Sales Order to finance team (block ID set up issues)
- Answer customer inquiries on shipping information
- Fill out customer-specific shipping documentation where applicable
- Provide ETAs to customer when trucks are departing
- Reconcile sample log with harvested lots to ensure only sampled product is ship
- Monitor completion of harvest schedule and notify team of discrepancies to day’s plan
- Manages archiving of shipping documentation for auditing purposes
- Initiates orders in Famous daily and communicates order numbers to the team
- Correspond with carries and customers regarding shipments
- Willing and able to travel 50% of the year seasonally

**PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT**
***Must be able to meet physical demands that include but are not limited to: lifting up to 50lbs., sitting or standing for extended periods of time and working in inclement weather. Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum 2 years accounting clerk experience.
- Must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrated Intermediate skill level with Excel.
Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Great inter-personnel skills
- Good organizational and time management skills with an ability to multi-task
- Must be a self-starter and able to work under little to no supervision.
- English speaking required
- Spanish speaking a plus
