Maintaining Excellence LLC is looking to add three Landscape Professionals to our team. Our specialty is creating beautiful and functional landscapes with the highest quality customer experience. Our crews are the backbone of making customers’ dreams come true. We are looking for someone who has a great attitude, a willingness to learn, and an excellent work ethic. The typical day for a Landscape Professional involves planting shrubs, trees and perennials, installing mulch and decorative stone, as well as landscape maintenance. We are looking for someone who enjoys being outside and likes to work with their hands. Hours are typically 8-9 hours a day Monday through Friday. Creating a great work environment is one of our top priorities and we are more than happy to work with your schedule preferences. We place a large value on family and work life balance. We want our crews to also have a fulfilling life and we truly believe finding satisfaction in your work is a big part of achieving that. We believe in taking great pride in our creations and we are looking for someone who will also find joy in seeing a project come together. Experience in the landscape field is a plus, but not required. If you enjoy being outside and have a good attitude and work ethic we are absolutely willing to train you.

Landscape Professional:
Work Area: Oshkosh, Neenah, Fond du Lac, Ripon and Green Lake

Compensation:$18-20/hr
