Title: dCommerce Associate Manager - Deodorants

**What You’ll Do**:

- ** Performance Management**:Manage operational business responsibilities including but not limited to budget management, pulling/analyzing e-retailer POS, analyzing media performance, and deep dives into the Unilever Deodorants business to gain insights to drive growth and competitiveness.
- ** Competitiveness**:Drive Deodorants competitiveness across e-retailers by keeping a pulse on competition and a strong understanding of market dynamics to ensure the business is set up to grow competitively. Conduct deep dives to understand consumer and competitor trends then implement plans for Unilever to win in market.
- ** Promotion/Site Merchandising & Building OMNI Shelf**: Optimize digital shelf presence and brand performance by leveraging analytic tools and techniques to understand category performance.

**Ideal Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA a plus
- 3-5 years’ experience in Brand Marketing, Digital or eCommerce landscape
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to think strategically, both from a brand as well as a category view
- Clear demonstration of successful, consistent delivery to the business
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and to provide innovative approaches in a team-based structure
- Ability to deliver both verbal and written communication in a simple, compelling manner.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $84,400 to $126,600. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
