Role Summary:
This is an exciting role where you will manage and maintain the Bill of Materials for our lines of vehicles. You will build out our product virtually, ensure that we have a comprehensive and up to date list of all of our components, parts and materials that make up our premium products. You'll work cross functionally with various groups across the organization to ensure creation and maintenance of the BOM is accurate and flows correctly into our ERP

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop deep understanding of systems and processes within Rivian, providing direction and training to colleagues within the day to day workspace.
- Lead engineering data processes within working teams.
- Triage System and build issues, fixing root causes liaising with affected parties.
- Manage Engineering Data from ‘Design to Line’, being responsible for data accuracy and timeliness of information within systems.
- Display problem-solving capabilities, resolving technical issues within complex systems.
- Show self-motivation with a hands-on, positive attitude.
- Ability to cultivate and maintain positive work relationships with a cross functional team, including Engineering, Purchasing, Finance, Service and Manufacturing.
- Drive change within the business, ensuring that high data standards result in leadership’s ability to steer vehicle programs.
- Maintain composure in demanding situations.

- 0-2+ years of experience in related data field
- High level of attention to detail

Pay Disclosure:
Salary range for California Based Applicants: $85,600-$107,000 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).

Benefits Summary: Rivian provides robust medical/Rx, dental and vision insurance packages for full-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Rivian covers most of the premiums.
