The Company is currently looking for an experienced Porter for rental buildings located in Rockville Center. Under the supervision of the Superintendent, the Porter is responsible for the general cleanliness of all assigned work areas.

If you are a detail oriented, independent worker with excellent time management skills this could be a great fit for you We are looking for a highly motivated individual with the capability of working a full time, flexible schedule, Sunday's are required. Prior maintenance and/or janitorial experience is a must.

**Responsibilities**:

- Routine cleaning and maintenance of the building's exterior and interior
- Maintain the cleanliness of the common areas and grounds
- Trash Removal and Recycling
- Landscaping and Snow Removal
- Care for property owned maintenance and cleaning equipment
- Assist Building Superintendent with projects, as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2+ years experience in a maintenance/janitorial role
- Reliable, highly organized and detail oriented

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Every weekend
