Assistant Business Manager

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

- Work with D&L field and administrative staff to assist customers in assembling the information and paperwork they need to secure rebates, permits and federal and state tax incentives and credits for high-efficiency heating and cooling equipment;
- Provide support and assistance on invoicing, estimates and basic bookkeeping;
- Work with D&L field and administrative staff to manage utility rebate programs, overseeing the paperwork, permitting and follow-up required to achieve rebates for customers on high-efficiency heating and cooling equipment;
- Direct customers to appropriate resources for utility and third-party financing programs for equipment installs;

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
