**Position**

Responsibilities include powder coating metal components at a high level of quality to meet specifications, maintain quality of powder finish and wash. Identify quality finish in gloss, evenness of paint, and color. Assist with loading and unloading of component from the line as needed.

**Responsibility**
- Work with the Powder Coat Paint Lead to ensure all parts are properly painted and work instructions are followed precisely.
- Make needed adjustments to the painting process to ensure quality parts are produced at all times.
- Process inspection, certification, and documentation
- Embraces lean philosophy, 5S, Safety and Quality

**Qualification**
- GED/High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of Powder Coat painting experience
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
