The purpose of this position is to serve snacks and beverages to members and guests. The position is expected to maintain a clean workspace and a visually appealing presentation of items. The Food and Beverage Associate will offer excellent customer service and upsell to meet the revenue budget.

**COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS INCLUDE**:

- $16.00-$17.30 hourly based upon relevant experience to the role.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
- Familiar with basic beverage equipment.
- Background in restaurants or food service preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision.
- Demonstrates strong customer service skills.
- Bi-Lingual a plus
- Excellent customer service skills, energetic, enthusiastic and motivational.
- High standards in ethics service and image.
- Food Handler Certification
- Occasional bending, kneeling, and lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent standing, walking, reaching, climbing and balancing around club.
- The noise level is usually moderate to high at times.
- Be able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time.
