**PURPOSE**:
To help Cornerstone Church achieve its mission of “Helping People Know Jesus and Make Him Known” by overseeing weekly Cornerstone Student Ministry programming, being present during events, and providing pastoral care to students, while working with the Director of Student Ministries and site leads.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Implement and oversee weekly campus ministry with site leads, for students in conjunction with campus plans to create cohesive ministries for all students. (Sunday morning, Sunday evening and Wednesday evening programming across all campuses)
- Resource ministry supplies and curriculum needs for weekly programming
- Speak when scheduled at campuses
- Prior to start of school year prepare curriculum and calendar with Director of Student Ministry and CSM Admin
- Resource games and/or other special event programming needs, to leads
- Attend and participate in CSM activities across campuses (retreats, mission trips, campus specific events, etc.)
- Rotate serving in small groups, fill in when and where needed

**RECRUIT & EQUIP**
- Recruit, train, and schedule volunteers to serve in CSM.
- Collaborate with NextGen Admin Assistant for volunteer on-boarding and training.

**COMMUNICATE**
- Weekly check ins with CSM Site Leads to ensure alignment and consistency
- Weekly check ins with CSM Volunteers to ensure vision is understood
- New student follow-up as needed

**TEAMWORK**
- Collaborate with NextGen Team
- Participate in weekly staff prayer meetings
- Participate in quarterly staff meeting
- Participate in monthly NextGen meetings
- Participate in scheduled Site Lead meetings
- Participate in one-on-one meetings with Director of Student Ministry
- Maintain confidentiality of congregation, leaders, and students

**BUDGETARY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Adhere to yearly/monthly budget for CSM
- Complete weekly financial requisitions

**SKILLS/ REQUIREMENTS**
- Must know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior
- Passion for God and students
- Terrific people skills with an ability to inspire volunteer leaders
- Must be willing to become a regular attendee of Cornerstone Church.
- Willing to commit to supporting God’s work at Cornerstone through prayerfully considered financial generosity.
- Possess a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, be detail-oriented, and flexible.

**WORKING CONDITIONS**
- Regular standing, walking, climbing, crouching, bending, pushing, or pulling
- Understand, speak, read, and write fluent English
- Able to lift to 50 lbs.
- Able to work nights, weekends, and days (flexible)

**EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS**
Bachelor’s degree or experience preferred in ministry, administration, communication, or related field.
