As a Server employed by LGC, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of events by providing exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences for our clients and their guests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Event Setup**: Assist in the setup, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and decorations, as per event specifications.
- **Table Service**: Greet guests, take food and beverage orders, and serve meals in a professional and courteous manner. Ensure all guests’ needs are met promptly. The type of event you’re working will determine the type of service needed, which may include plated banquet service.
- **Beverage Service**: Provide a full range of beverage services, including wine and cocktail service, as well as non-alcoholic options. Verify guest identification for alcohol service when applicable.
- **Teamwork**: Collaborate with other staff members, including bartenders, chefs, and event coordinators, to ensure seamless service throughout the event.
- **Timing and Efficiency**: Monitor the timing of courses to ensure that guests receive their meals in a coordinated and efficient manner.
- **Cleanliness**: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the banquet hall and serving stations. Clear dishes and clean tables as needed during and after the event.
- **Guest Satisfaction**: Anticipate and respond to guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous serving experience is preferred, but not required.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderately heavy trays.
