**is in need of a Full-time or Part Time Receptionist.**

Full time hours are Flexible but can look like Mon-Fri 7:45 AM-4 PM and occasional Saturday's.

Saturday hours are 8:20 am - 5pm

Will sometimes be asked to fill in with morning hours or longer hours or shorter hours.

**Summary/Objective**

Operates PBX or multiline telephone system to answer incoming calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel by performing the following duties.

**Essential Functions**
- Retrieves messages and forwards to appropriate personnel.
- Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department.
- Takes and delivers messages when appropriate personnel are unavailable.
- Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information.
- Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.
- Updates appointment calendars.
- Receives payments VIA cash, check, credit and reconciles cash drawer.
- Maintains fax machines, assists users, sends faxes, and retrieves and routes incoming faxes.
- Takes payments for services and products.
- Addresses all customers with politeness.
- Creates and prints fax cover sheets, memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents when necessary.
- Performs other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and collating.

**Work Environment**

This job operates in a clerical office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

**Must be able to fill in other shifts if need be and work Holidays.**

This is a Full-time position. Certain specified holidays as well as evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

**Travel**

No travel is expected for this position.

**Required Education and Experience**
- High school diploma.
- One year of administrative experience

**Preferred Education and Experience**
- Two years of related experience
