We are a Michigan owned and operated short term rental company looking to add a couple dependable, self motivated individuals to our cleaning team. This position will be primarily weekends and holidays. We offer on the job training with an immediate start. Must be detail oriented and have the ability to work with integrity.

Most jobs will typically be between 9-4, Sunday's (Occasional Saturday's and Monday's available) and Holiday's in the Grand Rapids and Grandville and Rockford areas. The applicant must have a smart phone to view schedules and have a drivers license with an insured vehicle to drive to multiple locations through the week.

Each job will require extensive cleaning, (including multiple loads of laundry), to provide a clean and comfortable environment for our next client. Time spent at each location will usually be 3-6 hours.
- laundry (multiple loads)
- kitchen (inside of appliances, drawers, cupboards)
- bathrooms
- sweep, vacuum, mop
- tidy all furniture/decor
- making beds
- wiping/dusting all surfaces
- take out trash
- sanitize all high touch points
- restock supplies
- report any issues
- document finished unit with photos

**This is a W-2 position and we pay bi-weekly**

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 15 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Holidays
- Weekends as needed

License/Certification:

- Driver's License (required)

Work Location: In person
