We are a fast-growing e-commerce brand dedicated to enhancing well-being through wellness products. We are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in Houston, Texas. This part-time role offers significant growth potential, with the possibility of transitioning to full-time and additional perks and incentives as the company expands.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supplier Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers. Negotiate contracts, terms, and ensure a consistent supply of high-quality products.
- **Inventory System Oversight**: Manage our inventory using the Odoo ERP system to ensure accurate tracking, optimal stock levels, and efficient order processing.
- **Labeling System Implementation**: Design and oversee an effective inventory labeling system that integrates seamlessly with our digital systems.
- **Demand Forecasting**: Conduct forecasting and cost analysis to inform operational decisions.
- **Cash Flow Management**: Strategize to maintain positive cash flow by managing costs and optimizing inventory levels.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- **Relevant Experience**: Proven supply chain management experience. Preffereed if you have experience with contract manufacturers in the beauty, supplements, or wellness industries.
- **ERP Proficiency**: Strong proficiency in ERP systems, particularly Odoo.
- **Negotiation and Communication**: Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage relationships effectively. Strong communication skills are essential for cross-functional collaboration.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze data and use insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness across operations.
