**NATURE OF WORK**:
Leads the optimization of the Clean & Safe program for the Community Redevelopment Area. Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of operations and maintenance within the public right-of-way, with a focus on efficiency, quality control, and customer satisfaction. This role entails supervision of staff, managing program and project initiatives, streamlining procurement processes, and leveraging data to drive continuous improvement. Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to enhance effectiveness and ensures seamless functionality of community infrastructure. Variable hours and field work may be required.

**Minimum Requirements**:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management **required**, or related field and four (4) years of operations management, logistics, or related field experience **required**. Demonstrated experience in planning, scheduling, procurement, and inventory management is preferred. Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop efficient operational plans as well as maintenance,construction, and horticulture knowledge is preferred. Florida Driver’s License required

VALID DRIVER LICENSE FROM ANY STATE MUST BE PRESENTED AT TIME OF INTERVIEW. VALID FLORIDA DRIVER LICENSE MUST BE PRESENTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF HIRE.
