Backroom Associate

**Job Overview**: We are seeking a detail-oriented Backroom Associate to join our team. The Backroom Associate will be responsible for managing inventory, processing shipments, and ensuring the organization of the backroom area. **Duties**: - Receive and unload merchandise from trucks - Sort and organize inventory in the backroom - Utilize RF scanner to track inventory movements - Package items for shipment or storage - Maintain cleanliness and order in the backroom area - Operate pallet jacks to move merchandise - Communicate effectively with team members regarding inventory status - Assist with maintaining accurate records of inventory levels - Operate cash register for backroom transactions **Qualifications**: - Previous experience in sales, shipping/receiving, or warehouse environment preferred - Proficiency in using RF scanners for inventory management - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to communicate effectively with team members - Experience operating pallet jacks is a plus - Multilingual abilities are advantageous for diverse communication needs This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where organizational skills and attention to detail are key.
