**Requirements**:

- Goal Driven
- Outgoing with excellent people skills - MOTIVATED, INSPIRED & DRIVEN to make some serious money.
- CA Real Estate License (**required**)
- Sales skills a plus (but we also offer lots of training)
- Knowledge of Sacramento Area housing and neighborhoods (or the desire to learn)

Please note - a committed, focused, hard working agent in this position can make up to $100,000+ (after splits & mínimal expenses) in their first year and much more thereafter.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year

Experience level:

- 3 years

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
