RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Conduct cell-based assays in medium to high-throughput formats
- Perform routine mammalian cell culture and cryobanking
- Prepare buffers, reagents, and maintain lab equipment
- Record, analyze, and communicate experimental data in a clear and concise fashion
- Work with the manager and biology team to improve operational efficiency

QUALIFICATIONS:

- M.S. degree or B.S. with 3+ years of drug development experience
- Proficient in aseptic cell culture techniques & demonstrates strong technical skills
- Hand-on experience with 96-well or 384-well plate format and techniques such as ELISA, western blot, and reporter assays
- Familiarity with flow cytometry is advantageous
- Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Able to work on-site and attend in-person meetings five days per week
- Passion for making a difference in the world and scientific discovery
