**Job Summary**:
**Duties**:

- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs
- Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to clients of all ages
- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to support clients in achieving their therapeutic goals
- Manage medical documentation and case files in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Complete ASAM-Bio Psych Socials within 72 Hours of admit of client
- Review Group Notes
- Chart Audit once per week
- See clients 1x weekly

**Experience**:

- Must hold a valid LMFT license in the state of practice
- Prior experience in mental health counseling, case management, and diagnostic evaluation
