Friedwald Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is currently seeking a Part-time Overnight Receptionist to join our team
**Schedule**:
- Wednesday and Thursday (2 days a week)
- 12am - 8am
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet all visitors to the nursing home in a pleasant and positive manner; answering questions and guiding them to proper location
- Take incoming calls, messages and return phone calls in a courteous and professional manner and efficient in running a multiple-line phone system or switchboard
- Receive packages from families to deliver to residents
- Route calls, messages, faxes and perform other clerical tasks
- Has proper knowledge of paging through the intercom clearly and professionally
- Responsible for providing full range of administrative support to the nursing staff and physicians
- Great multitasking and organizational skills
- Understanding of confidentiality policies and regulations; HIPPA
- Dress and present in a professional manner
**Requirements**:
- Have high school or GED diploma
- Have proven experience on resume as a Medical Receptionist, nursing home or hospital preferred
- Great phone etiquette
- Reliable and great customer service
Compensation based on experience.
