Cannabis Trimmer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented cannabis trimmer to join our team. The cannabis trimmer will be responsible for carefully manicuring and trimming cannabis plants in preparation for sale. This position requires a high level of precision and attention to detail to ensure the quality and consistency of our products.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Trim and manicure cannabis plants according to company standards and guidelines
- Remove excess leaves and stems from the plants while preserving the buds
- Inspect plants for pests, mold, and other contaminants
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines for handling cannabis products
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work efficiently and meet production goals
- Assist with other tasks as needed, such as packaging and labeling products
- Performs other related duties as assigned

**Competencies**:

- Ability to work with high attention to detail and precision
- Knowledge of cannabis strains and the trimming process
- Knowledge of safety hazards and proper use of various cleaning and sanitizing solutions.
- Able to follow directions, rules, regulation, policies, and procedures set forth by the state and company
- Ability to perform basic repairs and operate tools or equipment used in routine maintenance.

**Knowledge, Skills & Other Requirements**:

- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be legally eligible to work in California
- Must posses high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a cannabis trimmer or similar role; preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, and kneel for extended periods of time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Van Nuys, CA 91411: Relocate before starting work (required)
