**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Game Scheduler to join our team. The Game Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling all basketball games, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication with teams, coaches, and facilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and schedule basketball games for various leagues and tournaments.
- Communicate with coaches, teams, and facilities to confirm game dates, times, and locations.
- Maintain an up-to-date schedule and promptly address any changes or conflicts.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure all logístical aspects of game day are handled efficiently.
- Use scheduling software and tools to manage game schedules and related data.
- Provide timely updates and reports to the management team.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in scheduling, sports management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in using scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of basketball rules and regulations is a plus.

**Duties**:

- Coordinate and schedule appointments for clients or staff members
- Manage and update calendars to ensure accuracy and avoid scheduling conflicts
- Utilize project coordination skills to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
- Perform data entry tasks to input appointment details accurately
- Use Google Suite or similar tools for calendar management and scheduling purposes
- Transcribe information accurately as needed
- Utilize phone systems to communicate with clients or staff members
- Maintain professionalism and excellent phone etiquette at all times
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining records
- Computerize scheduling processes to streamline efficiency

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in scheduling, project coordination, or a related field
- Familiarity with medical receptionist duties is a plus
- Proficiency in data entry and calendar management
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Ability to transcribe information accurately and efficiently
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
