**Job Nature**:
Apos Product Specialist is responsible for working with patients in person, calibrating Apos device, while assisting Apos Physical Therapists in providing innovative clinical care with a 5-star customer service experience.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Meeting patients in the medical office and patient's homes and providing PT assistance and device calibrations
- Managing the inventory necessary for patient care.
- Registering patient in EMR
- Verifying Benefits and Eligibility
- Communicating with clinical staff regarding patient care.
- Setting up, troubleshooting, and maintaining all equipment, including video systems before and during the appointment.
- Providing outstanding customer service.
- Physically assisting patients with their APOS device (putting on and off).
- Supporting remote clinical staff with hand on patient care.
- Have functional knowledge of the day’s schedule as well as thorough inventory of the supplies and equipment required for the day’s treatment.

**Required skills and abilities.**
- Demonstrate empathy and compassion when communicating with patients.
- Provide technical support.
- Maintain professional demeanor towards patients, visitors, and families.
- Follow clinical directions administered remotely.
- Manage inventory.
- Navigate patient’s and therapist’s schedule.
- Excellent communication and organizational skill.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

**General Requirements**:.
- Knowledge of kinesiology, athletic training, or biomechanics is a plus
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, driving, and working on a computer.
- Able to lift, push, and slide packages that weigh up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable kneeling, bending, and performing physically demanding tasks as needed.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 12 per week
