As a Marketing Administrator with Bank of New Hampshire, you are creative, outgoing, and can handle the day-to-day administrative tasks of our fast-paced marketing department. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual that has recently graduated with either an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field. This position is based in our downtown, Laconia, NH office.

A typical day might include drafting internal and external content for physical & digital communications and correspondence, creating marketing letters, making appointments, assisting with internal and external events, preparing press releases, etc. This role will also support the Bank's presence at the Bank of NH Pavilion for the summer concert series from late spring into summer.

We ask that you have an outgoing personality, the ability to work collaboratively and independently, and strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Lastly, you are someone that we can lean on for support and consistency.

**POSITION QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum education level: High School Dipoloma or Equivalent required. Associate's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Works well independently and as part of a team; contributing to group conversations within team meetings.
- A self-starter with the willingness to ask questions.
- Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills by being friendly, personable and professional. Willingness and ability to get along with other members of the BNH team, community contacts and customers.
- Preferred experience/working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud products - InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, along with other creative web-based tools such as Canva.
- Strong written and oral communications, is organized with proven time management skills. Is solution oriented and quality-driven.
- Experience working in communications, marketing or a related field preferred.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record, as well as a vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage if required to drive in the course of performing assigned duties and responsibilities.
