As the Head of Human Resources for our US operation at ReLive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's culture, driving employee engagement, and fostering a dynamic and inclusive work environment for the US. Reporting directly to the President, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support the company's growth objectives and ensure the attraction, retention, and development of top talent in the US.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Strategic HR Leadership:

- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with ReLive's business goals and objectives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

2. Talent Acquisition and Management:

- Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent across various functional areas and geographic regions.
- Develop innovative approaches to talent sourcing, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Implement performance management systems to assess and develop employee potential, including career planning and succession planning.

3. Employee Relations and Compliance:

- Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across all jurisdictions where ReLive operates in the US.
- Proactively address employee relations issues and promote a positive work culture that values fairness, respect, and open communication.

4. Compensation and Benefits:

- Oversee the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis to ensure ReLive remains competitive in the market.
- Collaborate with finance and legal teams to manage payroll, benefits administration, and other HR-related financial processes.

5. Learning and Development:

- Design and deliver comprehensive learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Identify training needs and opportunities for professional growth, both individually and organizationally.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing across the organization.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in a biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare organization.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations in the US
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into HR initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
