As a **Day Supervisor**, you will be responsible for handling scheduling, managing inventory, traveling to various accounts as needed, and working closely with the area manager to ensure smooth operations. If you are an organized and detail-oriented individual with the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively and have a passion for cleanliness and community impact, come be a part of our team and help us deliver exceptional cleaning services while supporting our community engagement efforts

**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and manage daily cleaning tasks for assigned accounts.
- Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff during daytime shifts.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Maintain open communication with the Area Manager and Night Supervisor.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain proper stock levels.
- Travel to various client locations as needed to address concerns or perform inspections.
- Collaborate with the Night Supervisor to ensure smooth handover of duties and seamless service.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the commercial cleaning industry.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work a flexible daytime schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Knowledge of cleaning industry best practices and standards.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
