**Position Responsibilities**
- Publish scheduled reporting on key metrics, providing feedback and data-based insights to drive business decisions.
- Analyze company-wide operations, including performance and productivity data, error rates and root causes.
- Create tools to better enable Uline's warehouse locations manage operations, including Power BI dashboards and real-time reporting.
- Identify trends, document findings and present insight / performance improvement recommendations to Uline's President and management.
- Collaborate with business units to gain in-depth understanding of processes, challenges and strategies to explain issues and recommend solutions.
**Minimum Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2 - 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in SQL and Power BI.
- Highly adept in Microsoft Excel, Access and Word.
